My name is Joan, I am an experienced Customer Experience and success manager with 7 years of experience in a fast-paced customer facing environment. I started my Career as a content writer for a music promotion blog in the eastern part of Nigeria before I moved into the banking sector.

 

I am passionate about social media marketing and content writing. My diverse background uniquely positions me to understand and engage with audiences effectively. I am currently expanding my skills through a specialized course in social media marketing at Conestoga College.

 

This blog is a testament to my journey and growth in this field. My experience as a content writer has sharpened my ability to craft compelling narratives that capture attention and drive engagement. More so, my time in customer service at a bank has equipped me with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors. On a personal note – I love dancing even though I can’t dance to save my life, love to see nature and watching K-dramas.
